The Racism-Free Workplace Strategy reflects the Government of Canada's leadership role in the fight against racism. The Labour Program will contribute in the removal of barriers to employment and upward mobility in the workplace with a view to reduce the level of racism and discrimination by facilitating the integration of skilled individuals in Canadian society.
