MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC, November 3, 2009— The Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of National Revenue and Minister of State (Agriculture), announcing Employment Insurance measures that will benefit self-employed workers at a press conference in Montréal.

Minister Blackburn made this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development.
