Toronto, Ontario, September 25, 2009―The Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, addresses participants at the launch of the YMCA/YWCA Youth Eco Internship Program, which received $15 million in funding under Canada’s Economic Action Plan.
